RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at sales@tnt-3d.ca.

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

TNT-3D is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used items

  • Items not returned in new, uninstalled condition

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products (if applicable)

Items ordered incorrectly by the customer may be eligible for store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@tnt-3d.ca.
