Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $175 CAD

• Free standard shipping to the United States on orders over $225 CAD

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.

At this time, TNT-3D only ships within Canada and the United States.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

TNT-3D is not responsible for customs fees, duties, tariffs, import taxes, or any additional charges applied after shipment.

All applicable taxes for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate a claim. We also recommend contacting us at sales@tnt-3d.ca so we can assist where possible.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, TNT-3D may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
